Won’t anyone think of the Terms of Service?!
It must be a difficult job maintaining Facebook’s Terms of Service, or as they term it, the “Statement of Rights and Responsibilities”. This unloved document goes unread by the vast majority of users and seems to only come to attention when it crops up in the media for negative reasons, such as when a Facebook user drives across America to complain about being banned from Facebook. Judging by several recent news stories Facebook’s fine print could use more promotion.
