Upcoming changes to Facebook
Last year, Facebook surpassed the 375 million user mark and now celebrating its 7th birthday, Facebook has almost 600 million active users with 800,000 new signups everyday. The social network was created in February 2004 and was originally only available to Harvard students. The Facebook buzz spread like wildfire though and by 2006 it had 12 million active users. Facebook continues to grow at a rapid pace and this may be partly due to the large number of new features and changes that are being rolled out currently.
Several new features are being rolled out at the moment which will have an impact on online evidence include the new messaging platform, new profile, instant personalization, deals, and places.
